Once just an idea written on a paper napkin, Collective Bias is now the leading influencer marketing firm with clients like Coca-Cola, MARS, Unilever and Pepsi. It all started in the town of Bentonville, Arkansas and still has headquarters in the neighboring town of Rogers. While we have employees across the country and satellite offices in New York, Chicago, Minneapolis, San Francisco and Cincinnati, Northwest Arkansas is the epicenter of all we do.

CB CEO Bill Sussman was recently interviewed by Evin Demirel for a Hark.tv article about Collective Bias’ growth patterns.

“We want to be around the vendors of the biggest retailers in the United States,” Bill said in the interview. “In Cincinnati, around Kroger… in Minneapolis around Best Buy and Target, in Chicago around Walgreen’s. We also do a lot of business with Albertsons-Safeway.”

Bill chatted about employee growth in addition to geographic growth: “If we continue on the growth path we’ve been — we’re a seven-year old company and since inception we’ve been growing at a compound annual rate of 80% per year — I think we’ll easily be a 200-250 person company within the next three years.”

No matter how much the company grows, “this will always be home,” Bill said. “Rogers will always be corporate headquarters for us.”
